In line with above, we see opportunity to bring more focus on escalators maintenance especially with transvario. So, we are looking for Area Project Manager (Escalator Service) to join our Area Service team for 6 months only. In this exciting new role, you will be focusing on the following responsibilities. The location of the role is most preferably in any APM countries. No relocation needs.Key responsibilities: We expect the Project manager(transvario) to work closely with frontlines on the following Drive the transvario inspections completions to 100% by end of 2024 ( 20% balance as per to date) Ensure process compliance of inspections, SO reporting process Follow up, monitor status of units and work with Global Spare Supply (GSS)/FLs to get needed materials for repairs including forecast to GSS, ordering by FLs Govern progress regularly with FL project managers to understand status/burning issues if any and address it with Global support Ensure that the back reporting of costs is correctly captured for all activities related to transvario inspections, repairs Work with FL sales/APM Sales/Service Directors to communicate with customers about Obsolete TV cases and drive business stands on further maintaining or modernizing Work closely with Global/Area modernization offering in creating packages and solutions for transvario Regular monthly steering with FL MDs/Area VPs to share status/risks and opportunities Actively participate in Global steerings on transvario in reporting, getting needed supportTo succeed in this role, we hope you to have: Background and hands-on understanding project management, good level of knowledge with SAP, Qliksense, CRM Excellent communications and presentation skills and ability to discuss with local senior leadership, other stakeholders Ability to influence people and develop long lasting collaboration with project team members and frontlines. Analytical thinking style and proactive solution-oriented mindset.
