Area Manager – Advanced Wound Management, UAE

What will you be doing?

This role is responsible for defining the release process and co-ordinating all the activities required to bring the product to market. This involves bridging gaps between different functions within the company and aligning all the teams involved like marketing, sales, and customer support.

What will you need to be successful?

• Experience in maintaining an efficient and effective marketing force within a territory.
• The ability to identify and recommend sales and marketing strategies to capitalize on territorial opportunities and competitive threats.
• Experience in leading a team of Product Specialists and managing their performance against marketing objectives.
• Experience in Providing training and development support to Sales Representatives in distributors as well as identifying the specific needs of the Product Specialists and sharing recommendations for specific programs to upper management as well as human resources.
• The ability to manage promotions, consultations, and services with key stakeholders.
• Experience in developing and maintaining strong relationships with key surgeons.

Successful candidates would need the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical, Medical sciences or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in medical sales and/or management
• The ability to communicate both in English and Arabic.
