Job Description
Our client is looking for a motivated Area InCharge(Sales) to be based in Al Ain, UAE.
Responsibilities:
• Achieve individual and area monthly sales target
• Develop , improve business of current customers and investigate opportunities in the area
• Establish monthly sales objectives for the sales team in the area and submit them to management
• Monitor daily performance of sales team against their monthly objectives, targets, distribution and market visits
• Monitor van operation performance in the area in terms of daily visit, collection, coverage, new customers and target achievement
• Negotiate and follow up for implementation of yearly and Secondary agreements
• Negotiate visibility and presence including shelves space and additional displays
• Negotiate, coordinate with the merchandisers and follow up for implementation of all marketing activities in his outlets
• Negotiate with store manager for new listing and launches
• Check damages and near expiry products and take the necessary action as per company policy
• Maintain proper stock level as per customers' average consumption to avoid any out-of-stock situations
• Monitor, prepare and communicate to management competitor's activity and prices regularly
• Build and maintain good rapport with customers
• Ensure collection as per company policy and terms
• Prepare and pass to account department commitment to market including display contracts, GRV's, contribution, support etc... in order to issue credit notes.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years experience in FMCG in UAE
• Excellent relation with the trade
• Self-motivated, reliable, and confident
• Able to manage staff effectively, openly and positively.
• Strong communication skills in English
• Excellent organizational and motivational skills
• Ability to lead a team and to deal effectively with pressure.
• Good knowledge of MS Office
