Role: Boutique Manager/ Store Managers – Nespresso

POSITION SUMMARY



Working for Nespresso, part of Nestlé, you will be joining the world’s largest FMCG company. We are embarking on an exciting transformation and, as part of this journey, we have identified the need to recruit several key positions within our Nespresso Boutiques.
We are seeking an Area Boutiques Manager to develop Nespresso sales and enhance our brand image in the UAE, with a focus on Al Ain and Abu Dhabi. This role will oversee the operations of our 7 existing Boutiques, aligning with the objectives defined in the OP process and adhering to brand values and international guidelines. The successful candidate will implement commercial and people management strategies to drive sales, ensure profitability, and deliver an exceptional customer service experience.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …



Consumer Experience & Omnichannel Strategy
Drive the optimal execution and implementation of the consumer experience strategy, targets, and campaigns. Lead omnichannel acquisition, loyalty, and sales across boutiques while ensuring a best-in-class consumer experience. Support Boutique Managers and Assistant Boutique Managers in developing the Al Ain and Abu Dhabi area with a strong omnichannel focus, through the creation of actionable plans based on data and insights.

Sales & Business Growth



Build an appropriate sales structure and manage the sales force effectively. Identify and develop opportunities for business growth and optimize the boutique network. Leverage commercial, customer, and geomarketing insights to identify areas of improvement in both new and existing boutiques in the Al Ain and Abu Dhabi region. Provide accurate insights on the area’s performance to the Business Planning team on a weekly basis to ensure a consistent supply of goods. Develop business cases for new boutiques and improvements to existing ones to support omnichannel growth and cost optimization.

Departmental Management



Drive business results by making tactical and operational decisions to build the department sustainably. Define and implement key initiatives to achieve business targets. Collaborate with the National Retail Manager and F&C Manager to optimize investments and decisions during the OP process for both CAPEX and OPEX. Monitor and manage the departmental budget effectively. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., CCS, Finance, and Marketing) to drive improvements and organizational efficiencies. Translate company and department-level decisions into actionable plans for the subdepartment.

People & Performance Management



Attract and retain top talent while enhancing the personal effectiveness of team members through regular coaching and learning activities. Build a strong, collaborative team with clear shared goals and purpose. Set individual performance goals aligned with organizational priorities, and monitor progress using the PDP (Personal Development Plan) methodology. Lead by example by demonstrating Nespresso Leadership Framework (NLF) behaviors and safety leadership. Foster a positive work culture through the ICAN framework, promoting a happy, healthy, and safe work environment that encourages teamwork, ambition, and professionalism.

What will make you successful…



15–20 years of experience in luxury retail, with a focus on direct-to-customer sales of premium products and services. At least 10 years of extensive professional experience in Retail Management. Proven experience in leading and managing retail managers. Extensive experience in effective P&L management, with a strong track record of delivering financial targets. Demonstrated success in retail business development, including identifying opportunities for growth and optimizing boutique performance. Professional and intellectual capabilities at an academic or higher professional education level.
