Black & Grey HR has partnered with a premier real estate development company in UAE. Our client is seeking an experienced Architectural QA/QC Engineer to ensure that architectural works, including finishes, materials, and design elements, align with project specifications, quality standards, and aesthetic goals.Key Responsibilities:Quality Assurance and Inspections:- Inspect architectural finishes such as flooring, ceilings, wall cladding, and joinery to ensure they comply with approved designs.- Confirm that materials and workmanship adhere to project quality standards.Testing and Evaluation:- Perform tests on materials like paint quality, tile bonding, and glass performance.- Identify any discrepancies or non-compliance issues and suggest corrective actions.Documentation and Reporting:- Keep detailed records of inspections, material submissions, and quality control processes.- Provide regular progress updates to the Senior Architectural Engineer.Compliance and Coordination:- Ensure that all architectural work meets safety, quality, and design regulations.- Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to address and resolve any non-compliance issues.
Requirements- A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in architectural QA/QC positions.- Expertise in Autodesk AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural QA/QC tools.- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and installation techniques.- Proficiency in reviewing and verifying shop drawings and technical specifications.- Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
