Job Description
Lead and coordinate projects involving commercial malls, airports, stations, and other public buildings. Serve as the primary coordinator within multidisciplinary teams, ensuring seamless integration of architectural and engineering components. Collaborate on the spatial design and coordination of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems to meet project specifications. Review architectural plans and ensure compliance with design standards, spatial requirements, and client objectives. Identify and address design conflicts and ensure alignment across project disciplines. Manage project timelines, ensuring all coordination tasks are completed on schedule. Maintain documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Urban Engineering, or a related field. 5-10 years of experience in project coordination for high-complexity public infrastructure projects. Expertise in coordinating MEP systems spatial requirements and resolving design challenges. Experience working on high-value projects exceeding AED 200M budget is desirable. Proficiency in design and coordination tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
