The Architect Design Manager will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop creative solutions that enhance the functionality and aesthetics of our projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design team, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high-quality outputs
- Oversee the development of architectural designs from conceptualization to final documentation
- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and incorporate feedback into design solutions
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards and Design Programme
- Review and approve design packages, ensuring that they align with project goals and budgetary constraints
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals throughout the design process
