Job Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for design, excellent technical skills, and the ability to bring creative concepts to life. This position requires proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, and rendering software, as well as expertise in creating detailed shop drawings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop creative interior concepts for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
- Create high-quality 3D models, renders, and visualizations using AutoCAD, 3ds Max, and rendering software.
- Develop and present design proposals and mood boards to clients.
- Create detailed and accurate shop drawings for construction and fabrication purposes.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design integrity and project success.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and client expectations are met.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, and rendering software (V-Ray, Corona, etc.).
- Strong ability to produce high-quality, photorealistic renderings and visualizations.
- Experience creating detailed shop drawings and technical documentation.
- Excellent knowledge of interior design principles, trends, and materials.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a creative approach to design challenges.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients and stakeholders effectively.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be available to start immediately.
- A portfolio showcasing relevant design work, including renderings and shop drawings, is required.
