Job Description

About the job ARCHITECT

Job Responsibilities:


  • Develop architectural designs, drawings, and models using BIM software.
  • Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other disciplines to ensure design compatibility.
  • Prepare and review shop drawings, construction documents, and specifications.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with design intent and project requirements.
  • Attend and actively participate in client and consultant meetings to discuss project progress and requirements.
  • Resolve design and coordination issues effectively to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Ensure BIM standards and workflows are implemented across projects.
  • Maintain up-to-date project records and ensure proper documentation.
    

Key Qualifications:


  • Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Around 6 years of experience in architectural design and coordination.
  • Strong BIM expertise with proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Hands-on site experience with the ability to resolve technical issues.
  • Experience in design coordination, shop drawings preparation, and review.
  • Strong ability to attend and lead client meetings.
  • Excellent understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Must be locally available in the UAE.
  • Immediately available candidates are preferred.
