ARCHITECT

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the design process for residential projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and local regulations
• Develop comprehensive architectural designs and detailed drawings using REVIT software
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
• Coordinate with project teams to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and construction standards
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior architects and interns

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in architecture
• At least 5 years of experience in residential projects with regional/international consultancy firms
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in the UAE
• Highly proficient in REVIT modeling and production of detailed design drawings
