ARCHITECT

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

As an Architect, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and enhancing the architectural design process across a variety of projects. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that our designs meet both aesthetic and functional requirements while aligning with our clients' visions and goals.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate closely with architects and other team members to develop innovative design solutions for architectural projects.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis of project requirements, site conditions, and client objectives to inform design decisions.
• Generate conceptual sketches, diagrams, and renderings to visualize design ideas and communicate them effectively to stakeholders.
• Provide expert advice on architectural design principles, building codes, sustainability practices, and material selection.
• Participate actively in design charrettes, workshops, and client meetings to present and refine design proposals.
• Offer creative solutions to design challenges while maintaining alignment with project budgets and timelines.
• Review and critique design drawings and documents to ensure quality, accuracy, and adherence to project requirements.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in architectural design.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience as a Design Consultant or a similar role within the architecture industry.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and design visualization tools (SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles, construction techniques, and building systems.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate and present design concepts effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and engage constructively in design discussions.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality design solutions.
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices and LEED certification is a plus.
