OnTime Group is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Female General Practitioner to join our Doctor On Time Homecare service. In this role, you will provide essential medical care to patients in their homes, ensuring they receive the support and treatment necessary for their health and well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Perform in-home assessments and evaluations for patients
- Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic medical conditions
- Create tailored treatment plans to meet individual patient needs
- Educate patients and their families about health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options
- Administer medications, injections, and other medical procedures as required
- Document patient interactions thoroughly to maintain accurate medical records
- Coordinate care with other healthcare providers and specialists as needed
- Stay informed on the latest healthcare practices and regulations
