Job description:

We are seeking a highly motivated bilingual Client Relationship Specialist to join our team. As a Client Relationship Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and building strong relationships with our clients by ensuring their needs are met, providing exceptional customer service, and acting as a liaison between our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings. Act as the primary point of contact for clients and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients. Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain positive relationships. Track and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement. Assist in company events and conferences.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience as a Client Relationship Specialist or similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
