Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of Arabic and Indian dishes, utilizing traditional recipes and techniques
- Design customized menus based on guests' preferences, dietary restrictions, and seasonal ingredients
- Ensure the highest level of presentation and quality in all food served
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following strict food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Source and select high-quality ingredients from local markets and suppliers
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new dishes and innovative concepts
- Oversee inventory management and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock levels
