Execute the Emirates Group digital learning applications and infrastructure strategy by supporting the architecture that enables our employees access on-demand learning solutions. Job Outline:
Assist in the design and maintenance of digital platforms and learning applications across the Emirates Group.
Ensure all applications and platform solutions create an accessible, seamless and holistic user experience.
Work closely with the Digital Experience Production Team to facilitate transition of learning solutions to platforms and applications.
Support the alignment of applications and digital platform activities across the broader business.
Provide and maintain digital platform solutions that are relevant and aligned to business needs.
Ensure learning experiences are accessible and user-friendly while creating a consistent employee experience within digital learning platforms.
Assist in the ideation, execution and evaluation of innovation digital learning experiences through POCs, pilots, vendor partnerships and independent research/testing.
