Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
3 years of experience in same field.
Proficiency in supporting and troubleshooting application software and databases.
Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux) and network protocols.
Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation tasks.
Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle) and query languages.
Previous experience in an application support or technical support role.
Experience with application monitoring and management tools.
Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Experience with cloud-based applications and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
