Annual Maintenance Contract For Pest Control Service FY-2025Contract Posted On: December 25, 2024 Closing On: December 28, 2024 SCOPE OF WORK: Description Areas/Type of Service A) GENERAL PEST CONTROL SERVICES • All common areas of the hotel premises, all areas, all floors, mechanical floors, service stairs, hallways/corridors, lift landings, telephone/electrical rooms, fire hose cabinets, basement areas, podium areas, parking areas, all engineering areas, main drainage system, floor drains/drainages, immediate external areas, IT rooms, Network rooms, mechanical rooms, fan rooms, all risers, plumb closets, all pump rooms & other pertinent common areas of the hotel. FREQUENCYMonthly Visits Full Preventive treatment • F&B Outlet (Risen Café, All Day Dining & Pool Bar) • Main kitchen, sub-kitchen, cold kitchen, pastry, butchery, dishwashing areas, vegetables wash area, de boxing, other internal related areas of the main kitchen, storage rooms, chiller areas, goods receiving areas, staff cafeteria. • Main garbage rooms, garbage compactor rooms, residential & office entrance areas/lobby, common toilets/washrooms, prayer rooms, health club areas – pool, gym, kids’ playgrounds, all reception areas FREQUENCY Twice a Month Visit B) RODENT CONTROL SERVICES • Installation and maintenance of tamper proof rodent bait stations, filling and refilling of baits for the rats; installation and replacement of glue traps/boards (indoor mice control); installation of live traps and maintenance; extraction of dead caught rats/mice; monitoring. FREQUENCY Monthly Inspections & Monitoring C) FLY CONTROL SERVICES • ULV Treatment – External Areas/ Misting treatment in the internal areas • Residual Spraying (Source Infestation Treatment) • Foaming Treatment in all internal floor drains for small flies • Larviciding on gully traps and external manholes for mosquitoes • Inspection and monitoring of installed Electric Fly Units in the property. (Replacement of EFK bulbs and gluepads will be charge separately.) • Installation and maintenance of Fly Jar/Bottle with attractant.
