We are committed to delivering world-class solutions that are innovative and efficient, while always putting safety first JOB PURPOSEThe Analyst, Planning & Performance is responsible for supporting the CFO in the development and execution of financial planning, performance analysis, and strategic initiatives. This role involves providing administrative support, managing office operations, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the finance unit. The Analyst will also analyse financial data, prepare reports, and provide insights to drive informed decision-making and enhance the overall financial performance of the organization.  KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESOffice Operations:Oversee office supplies and equipment, ensuring they are well-stocked and maintained.Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office-related needs.Assist in organizing and coordinating office events, meetings, and conferences.Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient office environment.Financial Planning and Analysis:Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.Analyse financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and providing explanations.Conduct financial modelling and scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making.Assist the CFO in preparation of responses to HQ / DM&T management on financial queries & analyses.Performance Reporting:Prepare and present regular financial performance reports to the CFO and senior management.Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and evaluate financial performance.Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance and achieve business objectives.Strategic Initiatives:Support the CFO in the development and execution of strategic initiatives and projects.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and risks.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives and achieve desired outcomes.Administrative Support:Manage the CFO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings and presentations.Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the CFO.Maintain and update office records, files, and databases.Compliance and Risk Management:Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and procedures.Identify and mitigate financial risks through effective risk management practices.QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLSBachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or a related role.Strong organizational and administrative skills.Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
