Analyst - People & Organization (Change Management) (UAE Nationals only)
KPMG Lower Gulf is seeking a motivated and dynamic Analyst to join our People & Organization (P&O) team. Our practice is experiencing significant growth in client demand for HR transformation and Change Management projects across the HR value chain. We are looking for an ambitious individual with 2 years of experience in HR or Change Management to contribute to the delivery of impactful projects for public and private sector entities in the Middle East
Key Responsibilities:
- · Support the delivery of Organizational Change Management projects, as well as other areas such as Organizational Design, HR Transformation, and Talent Management.
- · Assist in conducting change readiness assessments, stakeholder analysis, and change impact assessments under the guidance of senior team members.
- · Contribute to the development and implementation of change management strategies and plans.
- · Assist in the creation of communication and training materials to support change initiatives.
- · Monitor and report on the effectiveness of change management activities, providing insights for improvement.
- · Collaborate with team members to support client relationships and deliver high-quality work.
- · Assist in project management activities, including planning, reporting, and managing timelines.
- · Participate in structured research assignments based on project needs.
- · Actively engage in professional development, including building technical and behavioral skills.
Skills and Experience:
- · Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- · Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, or a related field.
- · 2 years of relevant experience in HR or Change Management.
- · Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- · Basic understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- · Highly organized with attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- · Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced consulting environment.
- · Willingness to travel within the GCC region based on project requirements.
