Support the department head in improving customer satisfaction score and ChargePoint requirements’ issues.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s in electrical engineering or in any related discipline. 10 years of experience in engineering / technical services, of which 4 years’ experience in the EV or EV charging industry. In-depth knowledge of international and local standards, policies and procedures. Experience in Charge Point Operations will be an asset. Working experience in Project Management or having PMP Designation will be an asset. Demonstrated Leadership skills. Strong communication and employee motivation abilities. Planning, organization and time management skills. Technical and problem-solving abilities. Competence in all common computer applications. Experience in UAE or Middle East
