Analyst Job Responsibilities
I. Trading Ability （prefer female）
1. Analysts need to provide trading strategies based on real-time market conditions through their own trading systems
(1) Analysts need to be good at stock market, not limited to other technical analysis such as K-line, indicators, tactics, etc.
(2) Analysts are required to be good at intraday trading and provide at least one trading strategy every day, including the Indian stock market, foreign exchange market, and virtual digital currency market, based on the trading strategy template provided by the company
(3) Analysts need to review and summarize the provided trading strategies in a timely manner
(4) Analysts need to have the ability to achieve a trading strategy profit rate of 75%
(5) Analysts need to be proficient in the operation of the stock market
2. Analysts can independently understand and comprehend the fundamentals of the index and the market and write research reports
(1) Analysts are proficient in searching for required information on financial websites
(2) Analysts need to be clear about the news of the stock market and the impact on sectors or individual stocks
(3) Analysts need to understand the time, events and other factors that affect individual stocks, such as annual reports and financial reports
(4) Analysts need to have a clear understanding of basic financial knowledge and have insight into real-time policies
(5) Analysts need to write daily morning, mid-term and evening reviews of the market
3. Analysts need to have a personal trading system
(1) Analysts need to have their own trading tactics, trading style, trading purpose, etc., and especially need to have trading experience in the industry
(2) Analysts need to have the ability to independently produce courseware, and at the same time need to cooperate with the business department to produce corresponding PPT, supplemented by external teaching and internal training
(3) Analysts can make appropriate judgments on the client's positions, and can also issue
