AMC AMENITIES MAINTENANCE SERVICE FOR 2025Contract Posted On: December 30, 2024 Closing On: January 2, 2025 Scope of Work for Amenities of Service (Contract Duration: January 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025)1. Introduction This Scope of Work (SOW) outlines the responsibilities and services to be provided under the contract for amenities from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025. The aim is to ensure the maintenance, management, and operation of all relevant amenities for the duration of this period.2. Objectives Provide high-quality amenities and services that ensure a safe, comfortable, and efficient environment. Ensure timely maintenance, operational support, and necessary enhancements throughout the year. Align all activities with the contract duration, starting from January 1, 2025, and ending on December 31, 2025.3. Scope of Services The services covered under this contract will include, but are not limited to, the following:A. Cleaning and Housekeeping Services Daily cleaning and maintenance of common areas such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and recreational spaces. Waste management, including the provision of waste bins, segregation of recyclables, and timely disposal. Regular sanitization and disinfecting of frequently touched surfaces. Carpet cleaning, floor washing, and maintenance of all interior surfaces.B. Maintenance and Repairs Routine inspection and maintenance of all amenities, including HVAC systems, elevators, plumbing, electrical installations, and lighting. Emergency repair services available 24/7. Preventative maintenance and necessary upgrades to ensure the smooth functioning of equipment. Management of pest control services to prevent infestations and ensure cleanliness.C. Landscaping and Outdoor Maintenance Regular maintenance of green spaces, lawns, and gardens. Trimming of trees and bushes, seasonal planting, and upkeep of flowers. Ensuring the proper functioning of irrigation systems and outdoor lighting. Cleanliness of walkways, parking areas, and outdoor seating spaces.D. Security and Surveillance Regular security patrols to ensure the safety of all residents, employees, and visitors. Maintenance and monitoring of security systems, including CCTV cameras, alarms, and access control systems. Coordination with local authorities and emergency services if required.E. Amenities Management Management of recreational facilities such as gyms, swimming pools, sports courts, lounges, etc. Ensuring the availability and proper condition of fitness equipment, pool maintenance, and cleanliness. Provision of necessary consumables, such as toiletries in restrooms and towels in fitness centers. Management of event spaces and coordination for any scheduled activities or bookings.F. Utilities Management Ensuring the uninterrupted supply of essential services such as electricity, water, and internet. Coordination with utility providers to resolve any service outages or issues. Efficient energy management to optimize resource consumption.G. Staff and Personnel Hiring and management of skilled and qualified personnel to perform cleaning, maintenance, landscaping, and security duties. Provision of uniforms, ID badges, and relevant training to ensure staff professionalism and compliance with safety protocols. Assigning a dedicated manager or point of contact for day-to-day communication and coordination.4. Performance Standards The service provider is expected to meet the following performance standards: Timely and effective service delivery. Compliance with all safety regulations and local laws. Transparent reporting of maintenance activities and services rendered. Regular feedback collection from residents/tenants for continuous service improvement.5. Reporting and Documentation The service provider must submit monthly progress reports detailing the services rendered, maintenance performed, and issues encountered. A quarterly review meeting should be held with the client to assess the quality of services and discuss any issues or improvements.6. Duration of Contract The contract will be in effect from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025. Both parties may review the contract at the end of the year, with the option for renewal based on performance and mutual agreement.7. Payment Terms Payments will be made monthly, based on the agreed rates and services delivered. Any additional services outside the scope of the contract will be agreed upon and invoiced separately.8. Termination Clause Either party may terminate the contract with 30 days’ written notice, subject to the terms and conditions specified in the main contract. In the event of a breach of contract, the non-breaching party may terminate the agreement immediately after notification.9. Conclusion This Scope of Work outlines the expectations for the provision of amenities services for the year 2025. The service provider is responsible for ensuring that all outlined services are delivered at a high standard, with attention to detail, safety, and client satisfaction.
