Job Description:

We are an established Online Travel Agency in Dubai seeking an experienced Airline Ticketing Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing flight bookings, and ensuring the smooth operation of ticketing processes using Global Distribution Systems (GDS), primarily Sabre and Galileo.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process flight bookings and ticketing transactions.
• Utilize GDS systems (Sabre and Galileo) for booking and ticket issuance.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance with flight changes, cancellations, special requests, and adding baggage.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of booking details.
• Void and reissue tickets as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
• Coordinate with airlines for seat confirmations, schedule changes, and other related issues.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline policies, procedures, and promotions.
• Resolve any issues related to ticketing in a prompt and professional manner.
