Air Measurement / Validation of Exhaust System with Complete Study & Recommendations Air Measurement/Validation Performance of HVAC Equipment i.e. Air side data, Airflow, Air Velocity, Static Pressure, Motor & Fan RPMs, Running Amps, Etc. including complete measurement of as per design specification.

Approximately 522 Nos of Air Outlet
Scope of Work: a. Complete checking the total airflow capacity for each exhaust fan installed on the Rooftop against the design, including checking of Fan RPM, airflow, static pressure, electrical amps, etc. by making the test points in the ducting as per ASHRAE, AABC, NEBB, CIBSE, BSRIA standards. b. Complete testing and measuring of the actual airflow for each branch riser going to the apartments and verifying it against the design. c. Checking the airflow for toilet and kitchen for each individual apartment. This exercise should include measuring the airflow for each exhaust air outlet inside the toilets and kitchen. d. Taking pictures of the damage duct, branches, flexible ducts, plenums boxes etc. e. Complete air testing report shall be prepared showing the design and actual airflow measured from each exhaust air outlet. f. Preparing and submitting a complete detailed report of each apartment/branch after the measurement/validation along with complete observation and recommendations to fix all the issues/defects in the system.

No Subcontracting: In accordance to Jointly Owned Property Law No.6,2019, Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement, the vendor/contractor may not use any subcontractor to perform any of his obligations under this work order. Unless:
(a) Vendor has obtained the prior written consent of SAGA to the use of the subcontractor, and
(b) Vendor has entered into a separate written agreement with the subcontractor which requires the subcontractor to agree to and abide by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
The Community shall be deemed to be a third-party beneficiary of any such agreement between the vendor and a permitted subcontractor.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the vendor shall not be relieved of any of its duties or obligations under this Agreement as a result of entering into a written agreement with a permitted subcontractor.
