Our client is
an international technology solutions provider delivery cutting edge solutions
to their clients.
We are
recruiting an experienced AI solution architect to join their Abu Dhabi team.
Candidates
should have experience of conversational and generative AI solutions using LLM
and associated techniques.
Role
Summary
- Conduct
in-depth analysis of clients’ requirements for conversational AI and automation
projects.
- Develop and
oversee the implementation of conversational AI platforms, including chatbots
and voice assistants.
- Monitor and
optimize the performance of conversational AI systems, ensuring high accuracy
and user satisfaction.
- Develop High
Level Designs.
- Provide
technical mentorship within the AI development team.
- Provide
technical support to the pre-sales team.
Mandatory
Skills & Experience
- 7 – 10 years’
experience as a solution architect; minimum 2 years’ experience as a solution
architect in AI-related projects.
- Strong
programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or similar, with
experience in AI development tools and frameworks3.
- Knowledge of
one or more related DB technologies (Oracle, MSSQL, Mongo , DB2).
- Working
knowledge of Amelia, Omelia, Kore and / or related Conversational AI products
are a strong advantage.
- Experience
with cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP3.
- Familiarity
with DevOps practices and continuous integration/deployment pipelines.
Education
- Bachelor’s
degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology
Candidate
Profile
- Currently
living in the United Arab Emirates – must be able to work in Abu Dhabi.
- Fluent in
English.
- Professional
appearance, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills to articulate
complex data findings and insights to both technical and non-technical
stakeholders.
