We’re looking for an AI Agent Developer to design, train, and deploy intelligent, self-learning AI agents that integrate seamlessly into business ecosystems.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop & Deploy AI Agents – Build autonomous AI agents to automate tasks in finance, HR, sales, and operations.
- Enhance AI Decision-Making – Implement LLMs, reinforcement learning, and prompt engineering to improve agent intelligence.
- Optimize Business Workflows – Integrate AI agents into our ERP system, connecting them with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
- Experiment & Innovate – Continuously explore new AI frameworks and multi-agent collaboration strategies.
- Scale & Improve – Develop AI models that learn, adapt, and enhance productivity over time.
Skills
Desired Candidate Profile
What You Bring:
- Proficiency in AI & Machine Learning – Strong experience in LLMs, NLP, transformers, and AI agent frameworks.
- Hands-on AI Development – Knowledge of TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI API, LangChain, AutoGPT, and AI orchestration tools.
- Solid Programming Skills – Python, API development, and cloud-based AI deployment (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Data Processing & Integration – Experience with vector databases, knowledge graphs, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
- Business Mindset – Ability to translate AI capabilities into real-world business automation solutions.
