Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic AI Coordinator to support our AI and digital transformation initiatives. This entry-level role is ideal for recent MBA graduates or business administration freshers who have a keen interest in technology and innovation. The AI Coordinator will work closely with cross-functional teams to help organize, document, and support AI-related projects across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the coordination and tracking of AI projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within scope.
  • Support data collection, analysis, and reporting for AI use cases.
  • Liaise between technical teams (e.g., data scientists, software developers) and business teams to facilitate communication.
  • Document meeting notes, project updates, and progress reports.
  • Help prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on AI trends, tools, and developments relevant to the business.
  • Support training sessions, workshops, or demos related to AI tools or processes.
  • Maintain project dashboards and trackers for visibility and progress monitoring.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field.
  • MBA (preferred or in progress).
  • Strong interest in AI, digital transformation, and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with various stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Interest or basic understanding of AI tools, machine learning concepts, or data analytics.
