About the Role

As Head ICT & “Telecom Sell-To” Business streams, you will be responsible for driving sales of Technology solutions to customers through innovative partnerships.


Key Performance Areas (KPAs) & Principal Accountabilities

Business development – Develop markets, drive new customer acquisition and partnerships across UAE to increase market share.


Account Management – Ensure adequate breadth and depth of penetration with strategic relationships with TELCO operators


Understand customer needs, design new products/partnerships to achieve customer stickiness and enhance customer profitability


New product development, cross sell strategy formulation and implementation


Identifying new revenue streams, implementing and Setting Up the value chain, building teams and developing business processes.


Increase Revenue turnover and maintain market leadership position.


Maintain Profitability of the Business in line with market norms


Ensure that business objectives will be met through appropriate planning and organization of staff, inventory, and expenses for short and long term success 


Ensure that the division is in compliance with all internal and external regulatory norms


Requirements

15 – 20 years of experience in Telecom and ICT Industry in the B2B domain. Minimum 5 years General Management experience.


Post Graduate / MBA

Arabic Speaker preferred.
Strong relationship management and communication skills – to manage strategic relationships

Complete sales life cycle exposure to hunting and farming. Should have the experience of leading corporate sales and sales management activities

Hunger to seek out new opportunities and pursue networks in order to achieve business growth for the business

An out-of-the-box thinker with Leadership qualities and a startup bent of mind

Strong Decision-making and entrepreneurial traits

Experience of operating in the diverse and vibrant environment
