KEY RESULTS/ACCOUNTABILITIES EXPECTED FROM THE ROLE:
Responsible for assisting dealers/service providers to improve their
technical and quality management capabilities according to the development
stage of each country.
Responsible for implementing the unified dealer/service provider
technical problem consultation and feedback process in the region.
Responsible for sharing and learning from the technical consulting cases
of service providers in the region.
Responsible for responding to customer complaints and technical
consultation cases reported by service providers.
Responsible for assisting in the determination of the party responsible
for the claims reported by the service provider.
Responsible for replying and handling opinions on special claims for
non-OEM product quality problems reported by service providers.
Responsible for providing optimization suggestions for key service items
such as service provider maintenance station construction/reconstruction,
technical tool reserve, maintenance process, and maintenance quality
inspection.
Assist dealers/service providers to carry out brand service image
building and promotion project implementation.
Assist dealers to improve the weak points of terminal satisfaction
evaluation.
Assist in planning the phased improvement plans and long-term goals in
the field of service technology in the region.
When a major problem occurs in the responsible area or there is a trend
of major problems, it is necessary to collect detailed information and current
progress of the incident within 1 working day, go to the site for investigation
in time, coordinate the relationship between the two parties and provide
handling suggestions.
Responsible for assisting in technical training in the region.
Prepare a tracking table and report to the supervisor bi-weekly the
progress of recent major work and technical quality issues in the region.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND CHARACTERISTICS:
University degree - automotive or any related major.
Familiar with basic technical knowledge of the automotive industry.
Obtain the basic certificate of technical level in the relevant
automotive industry.
With 5 years’ working experience in the automotive after-sales industry.
Strong multi-department and multi-party communication skills
Provide product technical knowledge training to other dealers in the
region.
Fluent English communication skills and Arabic communication skills;
other languages such as Chinese, Kurdish, or Persian communication skills are
advantageous.
Proficient in using Word, Excel, PPT and other daily office software to
prepare work reports.
Can accept long-term business trips and can
travel freely between countries internationally.
