2. The Context / Purpose of the Job
Align with overall objectives of the organisation to meet the long- and short-term objectives of the Downstream
Business by providing complete after-sales support. The role will be to help in promoting downstream
solutions like Readybuild (Cut & Bend) and Sm@rtFAB (Welded Wire meshes) at the site level. This will
involve site-level demonstration of these solutions and hand-holding the customer’s workforce to implement
methodology for the placement and fixing.
All the practical issues at the site during installation need to be duly resolved by engaging with the design,
detailing and the service centre teams. This will be a key position for regular site-level engagements to ensure
customer stickiness and repeat business.
He should have thorough understanding of the Indian and International codes which are relevant for the
structural design and detailing. He should be an expert in using Digital tools like CuBe+, AutoCAD, and BIM
managers etc.
Job responsibilities:

1. Regular visits at sites and engagement with Customers. Focus on generating Value for the
customers by suggesting Downstream solutions for the customers.
2. Handholding for the first 3 lots of the solutions delivered at the site for all the Downstream solutions:
Cut & Bend, Bore Pile Cages, Couplers, Welded wire Meshand Demonstration of new solutions
at the customer’s site.
3. SLA Management: Service Centre Operations oversight/Layout/OEM interaction. Implementation of
best safety and quality practices at the service centres from receipt of Raw material to delivery of
the finished goods at the site.
4. Ensure proper record-keeping of all the supplies made from the Service centre and check for
completeness and correctness of the supplies.

Proficiency in CuBe+, AutoCAD, MS office and 3D BIM Managers.

Regular interaction and coordination with Design-detailing team, Sales and the BD teams

Influencers: Architects, Engineers, Masons, Govt Bodies
3. Knowledge, skills and experience
Educational qualifications
Degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Structural).
Relevant experience Min. 3 years of experience in Marketing & Sales or similar role.
