Job Description

1)       Contribute to achieving department’s business objectives by meeting assigned goals 2)       Provides supports to the after sales manager in answering product queries to meet the customer requirement. 3)       Review and discuses everything with customer regarding the quotations and contracts, generates quotations, 4)       Ensure smooth conversion of the free maintenance offers into maintenance contracts. 5)       Follow up on maintenance contracts and renewals. 6)       Follow up the lost service contract with customers 7)       To attend meeting with customers. 8)       Prepare contracts in Arabic and English 9)       To coordinate inspection team for elevator survey 10)   To follow up the other brand elevators 11)   Prepare quotations for repair and improvement works. 12)   Handle invoicing, billing and collection follow up for maintenance and repair work conducted. 13)   Supporting the renovation offering. Requirements ·         Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or any discipline ·         4-5 years experience in the same field in UAE ·         Computer skills ·         Negotiation skills ·         Excellent in English Language, Arabic would be an advantage Benefits As per UAE law and JAM policy
