Job Mission
As an Affiliate Manager at Hantec Trader, you will play a crucial role in developing and managing our affiliate program. You will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and nurturing relationships with new affiliates and partners, ensuring they have the tools and support they need to succeed. In addition, will also be responsible for developing and growing existing affiliate relationships. Your primary goal will be to drive traffic, increase sign-ups, and boost revenue through effective affiliate marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Identify and recruit new affiliates, and partners.
- Conduct onboarding sessions to ensure affiliates understand our products, services, and commission structures.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates.
- Provide exceptional support and resources to help affiliates optimise their performance.
Performance Monitoring and Optimisation:
- Track, analyse, and report on affiliate performance and campaign effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities for growth and improvement, implementing strategies to maximize ROI.
- Compile detailed reports on affiliate performance, trends, and key performance indicators for internal stakeholders, offering valuable insights and actionable recommendations for programme improvement.
Marketing and Promotion:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
- Ensure affiliates have access to up-to-date marketing materials, banners, and content.
Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for affiliates, handling their inquiries, promptly resolving any issues, and ensuring timely communication regarding program updates and initiatives
Compliance:
- Uphold program integrity by ensuring affiliates adhere to all program policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.
Your Profile (including personality traits)
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing, preferably within the financial services or trading industry.
- Strong track record of recruiting and managing successful affiliate programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in using affiliate marketing platforms and tools.
- Understanding of prop trading, forex markets, and financial instruments.
- Results-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Portuguese speaker preferred though not essential.
