Job Description

Our client in the UAE is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Advertising Business Development Manager to spearhead their efforts in influencer marketing and business development. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the industry, with a proven track record in managing partnerships with influencers and brands. Familiarity with the UAE market is essential, as the role involves identifying and cultivating relationships within the local cultural and business landscape.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business opportunities across branding, events management, production, and influencer marketing.
  • Identify, engage, and build relationships with new clients, influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative teams to ensure alignment of influencer campaigns with business objectives.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in influencer marketing, digital advertising, branding, events, and social media.
  • Analyze campaign performance to recommend and implement strategy improvements.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and influencers in the UAE market.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, business development, or a related field.
  • Proven experience and network in the UAE market, with a strong understanding of local business and cultural dynamics.
  • A proactive, results-oriented approach with a "hunter" mentality.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to monitor campaign performance and suggest enhancements.
  • Passion for digital marketing, social media, and emerging trends.
