Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Paramedic to join our team. The successful candidate will provide emergency medical care and transport patients efficiently using ground ambulances. This role requires a deep understanding of advanced life support techniques, effective patient transfer protocols, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Emergency Medical Care: Provide advanced pre-hospital emergency medical care to patients in need. Administer medications, perform advanced airway management, and utilize advanced life support equipment as required.

  
  

• Patient Transfer: Safely and efficiently transfer patients from healthcare facilities to hospitals, ensuring their comfort and stability throughout the journey.

  
  

• Ambulance Operation: Operate and maintain ground ambulances in a clean and serviceable condition. Ensure all equipment is in proper working order and ready for use.

  
  

• Documentation: Accurately document patient care, treatment provided, and the details of patient transfers. Complete all necessary reports and paperwork in compliance with regulatory standards.

  
  

• Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and other emergency responders, to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes.

  
  

• Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergency calls, assess the situation, and implement appropriate medical interventions in line with established protocols.

  
  

Qualifications:

• Education: Degree in Emergency Medical Services (EMS) or a related field.

  
  

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a paramedic or advanced paramedic role, with a proven track record in emergency medical care and patient transport.

  
  

• Certifications:

  
  
  • DCAS Certificate (Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services)
  • DHA License (Dubai Health Authority)

• Skills:

  
  
  • Proficient in advanced life support techniques and patient care procedures.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations.
  • Knowledge of local regulations and protocols related to emergency medical services.
  • Ability to operate and maintain ambulances and medical equipment.
