Job Summary
Sales Administrator is responsible for supporting sales operations by coordinating key tasks such as product development, customer management, and administrative activities. This includes managing project workflows, generating reports, creating customer records, and assisting with invoicing and other sales-related documentation to ensure smooth business operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
The Sales Administrator has the following accountabilities:
Operations Management:
- Customer Code creation and CLAP
- Proforma Invoice creation for all export customers
- Share and follow-up on payments as per SOA
- Coordinate payment posting with fund/ARSSC team and payment allocation
- Generating weekly reports to monitor sales activities in all countries
- Prepare presentations as and when required for all business requirements
NPD – EPD Projects
- PMR Brief initiation in SAP
- Label development with support of internal and external marketing teams and agencies
- Documentation of all artworks and codes
- Supporting all NPD EPD Projects in GCC, Levant and Africa up to market launch
Pricing and Market Visit
- Managing modifiers for Veg Oil and OOH vertical
- Occasional market visit with sales team and capture observations (majorly OOH team)
- Monthly TMI provision submission to finance
KPIs
Work experience requirement
3-4 years of relevant experience in Sales department focusing. Experience in generation and Updating of MIS and other sales-related reports
Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or marketing
