About the Job: 


An opportunity has arisen for Housekeeping Administrator to join luxury Jumeirah Beach Hotel. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:


  • To champion of communications, customer service, administration, and responsiveness within the Housekeeping Department.  

  • Manages databases, records, and provides overview of administrative functions that support the operations of the department.  

  • Coordinates with customers, management, suppliers, and other departments to resolve technical and administrative issues. 
  • To maintain high standard of hotels policies relating to fire, health, safety, hygiene, and sanitation always. 

  • Coordinate with front office with regards to room allocation.

  • Reports to Engineering work order and follow up on completion.  

  • To follow up the Hotsos to another department. 
  • Coordinate with the Team Leader for C/out, Q rooms, out of service and out of order. 

About You: 


The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:


  • Minimum 2-3 years in International 5-star hotel property experience

  • Experience in training

  • Experience in all areas of Housekeeping Divisions 

  • Able to effectively communicate with guests and managers and have strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude


  • Knowledgeable on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) 

  • Positive attitude and flexibility
