Job Description

  • Provides clerical and administrative support. Responsibilities may include managing communication, scheduling meetings, maintaining files, handling office correspondence, and assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Make travel arrangements & document expenses in reports.
  • Discuss a detailed timetable of current and upcoming meetings with the top-level management to maintain timely address of crucial decisions.
  • Fluent in portraying an exemplary command of communication skills to exchange accurate information effectively.
  • Portraying good command of modern communication and office software for relevant business operations, like Teams, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability.
  • Knowledge of import and export documentation. This may involve preparing and processing documents such as invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, and customs forms.
  • Familiarity with international trade regulations, shipping procedures, and customs requirements is valuable in ensuring smooth import and export processes for the organization.
