Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our newly established real estate company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all administrative tasks, paperwork, and logistics to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the business. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the development of our growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all administrative tasks, including maintaining office records, preparing contracts, and processing documentation related to real estate transactions.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, appointments, and communication between clients, agents, and other stakeholders.
  • Assist in the management and listing of sales, leasing, and off-plan properties across various online portals to ensure maximum visibility and client engagement.
  • Reach out to customers for property management services, providing information, addressing inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies in all paperwork and operations.
  • Support the management team in daily operations and contribute to business development activities.
  • Maintain client databases and assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management.
