Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and other materials to ensure smooth functioning of the office.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence, ensuring timely response.
  • Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Assist in the preparation and editing of documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Monitor office expenses and ensure adherence to budget guidelines.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management and various departments as needed.
  • Organize and maintain office schedules, ensuring deadlines and appointments are met.
  • Assist with HR functions, including scheduling interviews, managing employee files, and onboarding new staff.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and keep up to date with any regulatory changes.
