Job Description

  • The role holder will work closely with the team to provide administrative help and facilitate a range of day-to-day functions, such as composing and editing emails, preparing meeting agendas, and other communications.
  • There will be a strong requirement for administrative support on various tasks. Including
  • Maintaining an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
  • Attend meetings and take notes
  • Handling travel, reservation, and meeting requests
  • Basic HR Functions, including PTO management
  • Assist on Ad hoc projects

Requirements
  • Proficiency in Outlook, calendar management, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a results-oriented approach to tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • High diligence and attention to detail when handling real estate documents and tasks.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

Benefits
  • Stipend: AED 3,000 during the 2-month probation period, with the potential for an increase based on performance after the probationary period.
