Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing data entries related to the Ministry of Human Resource (MoHR) and handling immigration-related tasks to support our consultants. The role involves accurate documentation, timely follow-ups, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry tasks related to the Ministry of Human Resource (MoHR) processes, including maintaining employee records, updating databases, and preparing necessary documents.
  • Handle immigration-related documentation and data entry for work permits, visa applications, renewals, and other relevant processes.
  • Coordinate with consultants to ensure that all MoHR and immigration documents are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Follow up with relevant government authorities, agencies, and other third parties regarding the status of MoHR and immigration-related applications.
  • Maintain and organize physical and digital files for all HR and immigration documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and company regulations during all MoHR and immigration processes.
  • Assist consultants in preparing necessary reports, presentations, and documentation for client meetings.
  • Update and track status reports related to HR and immigration tasks.
  • Provide general administrative support to consultants as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably with exposure to HR or immigration processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data entry software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working with government authorities such as the Ministry of Human Resource or immigration offices.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and immigration regulations.
