Job Description

Fika Consultancy is seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Dubai . The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and be able to efficiently handle sales coordination tasks, ensuring smooth communication between clients and our internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and track sales leads, ensuring timely follow-ups.
Manage and handle all documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and administrative procedures.
Follow up with clients regarding the status of quotations and provide updates.
Oversee document compilation and ensure that all records are accurately maintained.
Collaborate directly with the Sales Manager to execute tasks and assist with day-to-day operations.
About the Requirements:
Prior experience in sales coordination or administrative roles is an advantage.
Proficiency in computer applications, especially Excel and VLOOKUP.
Fluency in English is essential, both written and verbal.
Experience working with SAP is preferred.
Organized, responsible, and skilled in problem-solving.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
Ability to perform efficiently under pressure.
Experience in a call center environment is a bonus.
