Day-to-Day Operations



Create and maintain various documents and records as required; maintain an updated manual and electronic filing system.
Issue memos and circulars as necessary.
Process daily man-hours records and manpower requirements.
Liaise with other departments on man-hour job numbers., manpower, equipment and materials, services, and assistance required in the completion of the operation of the mechanical department.
Maintain department personnel and production files, administration of disciplinary actions, counselling and welfare, leave programs for foremen and workers, promotions, transfers and training, etc.
Perform duties of an admin assistant in his absence.
Follow the day-to-day operations related to your job to ensure continuity of work.
Maintain a shared team calendar and meeting minutes, record actions, and follow team members to progress action completion.
Office seating arrangements and coordination of movement of personnel between offices.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS



Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Secretarial/Administrative.
3–5 years’ relevant experience in the administrative/secretarial field.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Ability to maintain electronic/hard copy files and scan and manipulate documents.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
Secretarial skills.
