Black & Grey HR is hiring an experienced Administrative Assistant for a prominent organization in Abu Dhabi. The role involves managing executives' schedules, handling communications, organizing meetings, and providing comprehensive administrative support. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in a similar role, excellent organizational and communication skills, fluency in Arabic and English, and expertise in MS Office. This position requires strong attention to detail, experience with high-level meetings and logistics, and the ability to create professional presentations in both languages.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage executives' schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Act as a point of contact for emails and communications, handling correspondence on behalf of senior stakeholders.
- Prepare and organize meeting agendas, minutes, and required documents.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and coordination.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the effective functioning of the executive team.
- Develop and deliver professional presentations in both Arabic and English.
