Job Description
Provide general support to other Administrators (Data, Document Control & Events)
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Assist in creating presentations and copywriting
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Coordinate office procedures
- Resolve administrative problems
- Reply to email, telephone, or face to face inquiries
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
- Provide polite and professional communication to internal customers
- Conduct data entry and some data analysis
- Knowledge and experience of process improvement, process flow, work flows, job aids.
- Strong Excel and Power-point skills
- Possessing creative writing skills
- Being organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Being flexible and able to adapt to changes in the workplace
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong work ethics
Previous Admin Assistant/Executive Assistant experience is a must.
Fluency is English Language is a must.
