We are currently seeking a Administration Assistant – Commercial Services for one of our very well known client, to be based in their Dubai office.
Job Purpose:
To Assist in all training plans related activities and provide ongoing administrative support to the Commercial services team to conduct training programs.
Job Description:
Training Programs
- Coordinate with different departments to finalize training needs analysis, training plans, and the training arrangements.
- Interface with Free Lance Instructors to deliver programs as per plan. Enrol participants on time, measure attendees’ reactions, tabulate results and process payment whenever is required.
Communication
- Ensure proper communication with a view to enable participation and nominations to the programs as per training plan.
- Assist in marketing and promoting training courses.
Documentation and Recordkeeping
- Collate feedback and evaluation summary from participants and trainers for assessing the quality of training.
- Maintain accurate records of all training activities in a manner that can be easily retrieved for reference.
Monitor Training
- Monitor and review the progress of participants / trainees through questionnaires and discussions with freelance instructor.
