l Key Responsibilities:
l Office Management:
l Maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
l Ensure the office environment is organized and functional.
l Administrative Support:
l Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination.
l Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
l Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
l Client and Vendor Communication:
l Act as a point of contact for clients and vendors.
l Assist with onboarding new clients and managing vendor relationships.
l Project Coordination:
l Support project managers with administrative tasks related to digital signage installations or campaigns.
l Track project timelines and deliverables.
l Data Management:
l Maintain and update company databases, CRM systems, and filing systems.
l Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
l Event Coordination:
l Assist in organizing company events, meetings, or trade shows.
l Financial Administration:
l Assist with invoicing, expense reports, and budget tracking.
l Requirements:
l Education:
l High school diploma or equivalent (required).
l Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
l Experience:
l 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role.
l Experience in the digital signage, advertising, or tech industry is a plus.
l Technical Skills:
l Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
l Familiarity with project management tools and CRM software
l Basic understanding of digital signage technology is an advantage.
