Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role within the UAE or GCC region and possess excellent command of English.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the management team and other departments as needed.
- Manage office operations, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and maintaining office supplies.
- Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Coordinate and arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries for staff and visitors.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist in managing after sales service requests and spare parts ordering.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role within the UAE or GCC region.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- High level of professionalism and discretion.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field required.
