One of our clients serving very high end clientele has 2 openings for a Russian Speaker / Eastern European National for a role of Administration Assistant. Due to the nature of the job, we are seeking only females for the position.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Russian Speaking Administration Assistant located in Abu Dhabi. As a Russian Speaking Administration Assistant , you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing calendars, handling correspondence, assisting with translations, and coordinating with various departments. You will also be expected to maintain confidential information and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
Fluency in Russian and English languages (spoken and written)
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Secretary, or similar role handling VIP clientele.
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Previous experience in a multinational or multicultural environment would be advantageous.
This is a full time role based in Abu Dhabi for a client.
Salary up to AED 10,000.
