Role Title: Officer-Operations Control Center

Role Type: Outsourced, Full Time, On-Site, Long Term

Work Location: Dubai, UAE

Working Days: 6 days working, 1 day off

Knowledge & Experience

•Education: College Degree

•Experience: 3 Years operations or Training Center management experience with relevant exposure to administrative functions in a similar environment/service industry.

Technical Competencies (Preferred):

•Previous Dispatcher Experience / Dispatcher Applications Knowledge

•Scheduling System Knowledge

•MS Excel Advanced Knowledge

•Data Analytics Background / Minimum Basic Knowledge

•Basic Programming Languages Knowledge (C++, Python, SQL)

•Experience in Power BI / Tableau / MicroStrategy

•Emergency Handling Knowledge / Basic Safety awareness

•Call Center Environment Experience
